Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Acknowledges the Loss of Bruce Rossmeyer Harley Davidson Tycoon to the Motorcycle Community and Industry

Melbourne, FL – Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices, an avid motorcycle rider, an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), and Motorcycle Accident Attorney acknowledges the loss of Bruce Rossmeyer, Harley Davidson Tycoon, to the motorcycle community and industry. Rossmeyer, 66, died in a motorcycle accident while traveling in Wyoming on his way to “Sturgis Bike Rally” in South Dakota.

“The motorcycle community looses a much respected, charitable, influential member of our motorcycle community and motorcycle industry, says Sinclair. “Our (Sinclair Law Offices) condolences go out to his wife and children.”

According to Wyoming Highway Patrol, Rossmeyer and five other motorcyclist came up to a pickup truck hauling a trailer and tried to pass. During Rossmeyer’s attempt to pass, the truck made a left turn and he hit the driver’s side door. Rossmeyer, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from his bike and came to rest under the camp trailer. He was declared dead at the scene.

Rossmeyer was one of the largest Harley-Davidson dealers in the nation, who also co-owned three automobile dealerships. He acquired his first auto dealership, Rossmeyer Dodge, in Washington, N.J., in 1969. He opened his first motorcycle business, a Harley-Davidson dealership on Beach Street in Daytona Beach, in January 1994. In the next 15 years, he became one of the nation’s largest Harley dealers, with 13 dealerships in Florida, Colorado, Massachusetts and Tennessee. In addition, Rossmeyer was known locally and in Broward County for his generous philanthropy and support of charities, especially those benefiting children.
