Florida PIP Statute Changes

As many of you have heard, the Florida Legislature made large scale changes to the PIP Statute this year.  The reason  for most of these changes are based on the belief that there is widespread fraud in Florida concerning PIP coverage.  There are many sides to this complex issue.  Over the next several months we will discuss some of the upcoming changes and how they will affect you and your wallet.  Most of the changes are due to take effect on January 1, 2013.    More to come,,,,,,,,
