Attorney Brad Sinclair Attends Annual FJA Workhorse Seminar
Melbourne, FL – Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices, attended the Florida Justice of Associations three-day Annual Workhorse Seminar from Feb. 25 -27, 2009. This continuing legal education (CLE) seminar was held at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. The FJA Workhorse Seminar is designed to offer training and to share experience driven knowledge to attorneys in order to better serve the needs and goals of their clients.
“The seminar covered a variety of pertinent topics for attorneys, whether new to practicing law or 20 year veterans,” says Sinclair. “It was forty hours of education addressing such legal issues of how to best maximize settlement opportunities for your clients; handling Premises Liability cases; the handling, litigation and trial of Trucking Cases, including Big-Rig and more.”
