There are over 700 Bills being proposed at the start of this Legislative Session. Many of these bills will never see the light of day. Others will stall in sub-committees, and others will go the distance and either be approved or not. It is an interesting process with a lot of political forces and special interests groups in the mix.
We will be following bills mostly related to issues involving insurance, motor vehicles, safety, and bills relating to rights of residents of Florida. Let us know if you have any particular concerns or questions and we will try to provide answers or steer you in the right direction.
