We now have a primary enforcement law when it comes to wearing a seatbelt in Florida. What does that mean? It means Florida drivers can be pulled over solely for not wearing a seatbelt and fined accordingly. 02/19/10 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Informs Riders of Daytona's Bike Week that Governor Charlie Crist Signed an Amended Bill Restoring use of Vertical License Plates
Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices, an avid motorcycle rider, an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) - informs riders attending this year's Daytona Bike Week, held Feb. 26 - March 7, 2010, that Governor Charlie Crist signed an amended bill (SB 1100) restoring the legality of the use of a vertical tag/vertical license plate for motorcycles and scooters, if it cannot be adjusted or flipped up to conceal the plate numbers. The new law went into effect on June 16, 2009.

The run was held on January 17, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 1p.m. and started at the Uno's in Merritt Island and ended at the Uno's on Wickham Road - with live music, vendors and food. Uno's made a donation from the proceeds to ABATE.

Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider and an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) attended and supported the Southern Justice Space Coast Chapter Poker Run for Operation Shoebox - an organization that supports deployed troops. The Poker Run took place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and began at the Moose Lodge in Indian Harbor Beach. The cost was $15 per bike and $5 per passenger.

Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices - an avid motorcycle rider and active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) - received a Service Award from Dave Carroll, the former president of Abate Independence Chapter. The Service award was on behalf of 15 various Motorcycle Clubs throughout Brevard County in appreciation of Brad's 25 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Bikers of Central Florida. The award was presented on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the Abate Independence Christmas Party.
