02/19/10 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Informs Riders of Daytona's Bike Week that Governor Charlie Crist Signed an Amended Bill Restoring use of Vertical License Plates
Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices, an avid motorcycle rider, an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) - informs riders attending this year's Daytona Bike Week, held Feb. 26 - March 7, 2010, that Governor Charlie Crist signed an amended bill (SB 1100) restoring the legality of the use of a vertical tag/vertical license plate for motorcycles and scooters, if it cannot be adjusted or flipped up to conceal the plate numbers. The new law went into effect on June 16, 2009.

Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider and an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), will attend and support The Biker Church & Bonfire event on January 31, 2010 from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00p.m. The event will be held on The Hill behind the Church of the Nazarene - 2745 S. Babcock St. in Melbourne.

01/18/10 — Lifetime ABATE Member and Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Attended and Supported the ABATE "Can You See Me Now" Run
Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider and an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), attended and supported the ABATE "Can You See Me Now" Run for motorcycle awareness. The run was held on January 17, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 1p.m. and started at the Uno's in Merritt Island and ended at the Uno's on Wickham Road - with live music, vendors and food. Uno's made a donation from the proceeds to ABATE.

01/11/10 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Attended and Supported the USMV Memorial Ride for Bikaman
Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider, an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), and Motorcycle Accident Attorney attended and supported the USMV (United States Military Vets Motorcycle Chapter) Memorial Ride for Bikaman on Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

12/14/09 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Attended Southern Justice Space Coast Chapter Poker Run for Operation Shoebox to Support the Troops
Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider and an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) attended and supported the Southern Justice Space Coast Chapter Poker Run for Operation Shoebox - an organization that supports deployed troops. The Poker Run took place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and began at the Moose Lodge in Indian Harbor Beach. The cost was $15 per bike and $5 per passenger.

12/14/09 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Received a Service Award from ABATE Independence Chapter
Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices - an avid motorcycle rider and active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) - received a Service Award from Dave Carroll, the former president of Abate Independence Chapter. The Service award was on behalf of 15 various Motorcycle Clubs throughout Brevard County in appreciation of Brad's 25 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Bikers of Central Florida. The award was presented on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the Abate Independence Christmas Party.

12/07/09 — Lifetime ABATE Member and Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Donated 5,000 Koozies to the Annual ABATE Toy Run
Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair, an avid motorcycle rider and an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education) attended and supported the 28th Annual ABATE's Toy Run that started at noon on December 6, 2009 at Merritt Square Mall, in Merritt Island, FL.

11/20/09 — Sinclair Law Offices Debuts Motorcycle Event Calendar to Website for Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa Beach and Brevard County
Sinclair Law Offices is pleased to announce the launch of their motorcycle event calendar to their website, at www.sinclairlaw.com/page/event-calendar. The calendar was created to provide updated motorcycle related events, such as Bike Nights, Bike Runs and Bike Benefits, taking place in Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, and Brevard County.

07/31/09 — Motorcycle Attorney Brad Sinclair Acknowledges the Loss of Bruce Rossmeyer Harley Davidson Tycoon to the Motorcycle Community and Industry
Attorney Brad Sinclair, of Sinclair Law Offices, an avid motorcycle rider, an active Lifetime Member of ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), and Motorcycle Accident Attorney acknowledges the loss of Bruce Rossmeyer, Harley Davidson Tycoon to the motorcycle Community and Industry. Rossmeyer, 66, died in a motorcycle accident while traveling in Wyoming on his way to Sturgis Bike Rally in South Dakota.

08/04/09 — Are you Underinsured?: Driving on Florida Roads
I can't tell you how many times I have heard from well educated, good intentioned, smart people, the following statement: "I don't carry much insurance because if I get in an accident, it won't be my fault. The other guy's insurance will take care of everything". This is probably one of the most dangerous attitudes to have when it comes to protecting yourself and your family from potential financial hardship here in the sunshine state.

08/04/09 — Some Ins and Outs of Florida's New Seatbelt Law
We now have a primary enforcement law when it comes to wearing a seatbelt in Florida. What does that mean? It means Florida drivers can be pulled over solely for not wearing a seatbelt and fined accordingly. This is a change from the old seatbelt law which required law enforcement to recognize another violation such as speeding, or a broken tail light etc..., prior to having authority to pull you over.
