Bradley Sinclair was born and raised in Jerseyville Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and his Juris Doctor degree at Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Mr. Sinclair is a civil attorney concentrating his practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and Illinois. He has been living and practicing law in Florida since 1984.

He is a former insurance claims attorney for Allstate Insurance Company.

Brad is an avid motorcycle rider and owns an original 1964 Harley Davidson pan head. He is an active and Lifetime member of ABATE and sponsors many events throughout Brevard County.

Brad is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying when not in the office.
